OMC Group Training

Join the club for the following group training opportunities!  We are always looking for people to lead group training sessions.  The only requirement is that you show up consistently. Email Eric at ericj076ATgmail.com if you're interested.

 

  • Tuesday Night Hard Cycling Ride - 5:15pm -  Meet and ride from Pleasant View Elementary School, 2210 E State Highway AA.  Call Ken Sharlin for details: 894-4425.
Due to the abundance of training groups available through various organizations in the community, we have chosen not to duplicate their efforts.  For cycling groups, please visit www.springbike.org.  For running groups, please visit www.omrr.org.  For swimming clinics, please call the Starting Block at 890-7200.

September - Redman Triathlons - Oklahoma City, OK (registration open) - USAT HALFMAX NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP - OMC IS TRAVELING TO THIS RACE TOGETHER TO PUT IT ON YOUR CALENDAR.  WE NEED EVERY SINGLE PERSON WE CAN GET!!!

Trail Runnin'

goggleWant to run some trails with buddies?  Go to the Little Sac Trails on Wednesdays at 5:30pm.  The goal is to run for an hour or longer, but the pack will be sure to break up according to varying goals and abilities.

 

As it gets darker, you will want to bring a headlamp.  Unless you have a set of those cool night vision goggles, which are amazing for peeping on your neighbors.
